Byredo took their cult-favorite Bal d'Afrique and turned the gourmand dial all the way up. The result is something between the original's bright citrus opening and a warm, addictive praline heart that just doesn't quit. Bergamot and blackcurrant up top — sharp, juicy, alive. Then it melts into that sweet praline-violet middle that's been getting compared to Baccarat Rouge in the best way. Cedar and black amber bring it home. If the original Bal d'Afrique felt like cotton, this one feels like velvet.
