Orders are hand-filled and packaged with care.
Processing time is 0–2 business days from the moment your order is placed.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage by default.
Customers may choose USPS Priority at checkout for faster delivery.

Delivery Estimates

Transit times vary by location and USPS volume.
Typical delivery: 3–6 business days after the order is shipped.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of fragrance samples, all sales are final and returns are not accepted.

However, your order is protected.
If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or broken, please contact us at support@primedecants.com within 48 hours of delivery.
A replacement or refund will be issued based on the issue.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once USPS marks an order as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If your package is lost in transit before delivery, please contact us and we will assist with a USPS claim.
